Anita Returns to Christ After Watching GNU TV Programme

Anita is a young woman who recently recommitted her life to Jesus. She is going to work at the Good News Divine Centre once it is built in the village of Srinivasapuram, India. This is her story.
Anita was in a very sad place when she first started watching the GNU TV Programme. She had been raised in a Christian home, but when she grew older she fell in love with and married a young man who did not share her faith.
Now she was 23 years old, with one daughter, and pregnant with her second child. Her husband had become an alcoholic and started treating her badly and made her life miserable. She was unhappy, she had no job, and she lacked a sense of peace in her life.
As she watched the GNU TV Programme, she was reminded of the faith she had drifted away from. One day she went and visited Pr Joseph, who hosts the programme, and asked him to pray for her health during her pregnancy and for her baby to be a boy. Pr Joseph prayed for her and the prayer was answered when she gave birth to a son.
Anita was very happy that her prayer was answered and fully committed her life to Jesus
Anita was very happy that her prayer was answered and fully committed her life to Jesus. Through her faith, her husband also came to accept Jesus into his life.
In future, she will work at the Good News Divine Centre. She is currently living across the road from the building site.
She says,
It is because of the GNU TV Programme that my life has changed and I accepted Jesus. Now I am so happy and my family too is happy. In future I would like to do service in the Good News Divine Centre. Please pray for me and my family. Thanks to you in Christ.
