“Your salvation … a light for revelation to the Gentiles and for glory to your people Israel” (Luke 2:30-32).

On seeing the baby Jesus, Simeon, moved by the Holy Spirit, proclaimed the gospel truth, which declared that God’s salvation would extend to every person on earth, both Gentiles and Jews.

Jesus died for everyone. There is not a person who has ever lived, or who will ever live, that is not offered the gift of eternal life through Jesus. That free gift is yours just for the asking.
