Jesus said, “‘Do not worry about your life, what you will eat; or about your body, what you will wear. Life is more than food, and the body more than clothes.’”

If God is our heavenly Father who knows our needs before we ask him, why do we worry? Does a child worry where its parent will get the next meal? Or where it will live in six months time? Of course not! It trusts its parent completely. God wants us to trust him to provide for our daily needs so that we can focus all our energies on fulfilling his commission to reach others with the gospel.
