“Jesus told his disciples a parable to show them that they should always pray and not give up” (Luke 18:1).

Many, many prayers are not answered simply because those who pray them are not really committed to getting an answer. If you really want something from the Lord, something that is not contrary to his will, and you refuse to give up begging the Lord for it, he will provide an answer to your prayer beyond your expectation
