Good News Religion
I’ve dabbled in the stock market from time to time. I’ve never had much money to invest, but once I had a fantastic win!
I was walking along a Brisbane street with a friend, when there was a phone call. I found out that my small share investment had gone up in value 30 times! I walked around for a while as if in a daze, so happy I couldn’t speak. What a shame I’d only had a little bit of money to put in!
It’s great when you get good news! It’s the good news you get that brings the happiness into your life.
There’s only really two religions in the world. There’s a “bad news religion,” and there’s a “good news religion.”
The “bad news religion” says, “Be good and God will love you.”
But the “good news religion” of the Bible tells you that Jesus came into the world to save sinners. That’s my religion: the one that brings joy!
