Although pastors of all ages attend, many of them are young pastors, who come to learn how to be most effective in preaching the Gospel. Most of these pastors have no formal education or training in ministry. GNU teaches them how to conduct Gospel meetings, and share the essential, uncomplicated heart of the Gospel In a more powerful way.
The pastors who come watch the GNU TV programme each week, and this material is used at the training conference to teach them how to communicate the Good News of the Gospel. They then use this material in their own outreach during the next few weeks.
One of the pastors said,
This Gospel training programme is very, very helpful for us to learn how to spread the holy Gospel in the many remote villages. I give thanks to Jesus for giving us chance to attend this Gospel meeting every month.
