Unlimited: False Messiahs and False Prophets

At that time if anyone says to you, ‘Look, here is the Messiah!’ or, ‘Look, there he is!’ do not believe it.For false messiahs and false prophets will appear and perform signs and wonders to deceive, if possible, even the elect. So, be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time (Mark 13:21–23, NIV).
Jesus told his disciples that days of distress are coming, unequalled since the beginning of time.
But they will not only be days of distress, they will also be days of deception, as Jesus described.
The word “Christ” is simply the Greek translation of the Hebrew word “Messiah.”
Jesus very clearly warned his followers that at the time of the end, there will be many false Christs. There will be all kinds of movements and people who will claim to be or to represent Christ and his message.
They will even be supported by false prophets who will perform signs and wonders. The purpose of these Satanic signs and wonders will be to try to deceive the true followers of Jesus.
Your only safety lies in relying on the words of Jesus. That’s why he says,
“Be on your guard; I have told you everything ahead of time.”
It’s easy to talk about these things hypothetically. But just imagine for a moment that your child has cancer and was near death. Along comes a person who you know is an immoral person who is falsely representing Christ, and this person completely miraculously cures your child.
How would you feel? How would you respond?
Think about it.

Eli’s Reflection: The ways of evil do not always look evil. Steep yourself in God’s Word so that you are equipped to discern what is of God and what is not of God. What are a few passages of truth that you cling to? Put them to memory to recall in the future.
I feel sick just hinking about it. If I knew the person was a false prophet - evil- I would not let them near my child if I had a child but then how could I stop them from 'miraculously healing' my sick child. I think many, if not all, parents would want their suffering.dying child to be healed. What if this evil person 'healed' the child without even touching the child, before the parent could say, No!? Get thee behind me Satan? What if the parent was blinded somehow, to the fact that this was Satan at work? Pray. Pray and stand upon God's Word - Cry out to Jesus, if only inwardly, I don't know what I would do. How I would think or feel or react. I think that, since I love Jesus and He loves me, He would keep the evil imposter from me/the child. Get thee behind me. He has promised... His Word stands forever.
Beware of those who preach in seemingly Godly ways, yet do not really know the meaning or whos words contradict each other. Many pastors are guilty of this. They preach from the motivation to keep thier job, not to spread The Word. Beware those who attempt to explain away their contradition by twisting scripture in ways that do not make sense while telling you that they do, or using scripture out of context. This site is one of the very few that encourages us to allow The Spirit of God to speak to us and explain the message instead of telling us what to think regardles of contradiction. Thank you for that.
Amen God will always prevail Himself to those who seek his presence.

True teaching about false prophets, These false prophets have coincided with this period of different diseases such as COVID _ 19, Dementia, Blood pressure. Stroke, Sugar diseases and many more, We are all looking for the healing of our loved ones. The healthy authority tells us there is no medicine for such diseases. Our only hope is God and that is where our weakness is because our focus is on healing not on who brings the healing, in separation we allow the false prophets. My prayer for God's mercy and protection let the blood of Jesus Christ true Messiah cover us all in these last days, Amen
