Life Recovery Devotions

These Life Recovery devotions have been written as a Christ-centred support for people who are struggling with habits, hurts, and hang-ups. The author of these devotions is Graham Hood, who has experienced the healing power of grace himself. As a result, together with his wife Michelle, they have helped thousands of people recover from their own addictions, and their broken relationships and lives.

The Life Recovery devotions are a series of devotions that you will receive by email for 12 weeks if you subscribe. They follow the 12 steps of a Christ-centred recovery process. These devotions may be used as a support for your participation in a 12-step group that you may be attending, or they may be read as stand-alone devotions.

It is important to remember that if you are struggling with anxiety, depression, or suicidal thoughts, you should seek professional help and support through the available agencies in your country.
