Speak the reality of what God will do, into your present reality.
Someone asked me recently about positive affirmations. Do they really change the external reality you live in?
“Not really,” I said. Words aren’t magical in themselves. “But,” I told her, “Speaking positivity into your life changes how you see that external reality, and that’s really important, because 80% of how you experience life is not what happens to you, but what you do with it.”
You’ll hear followers of Jesus talk a lot about the promises God has made to us.
That’s because they know that when God has promised something about the future, it’s an absolutely sure thing. It doesn’t just change the future. It also changes how you experience the reality of your present. It’s like speaking the future into today.
So, speak the reality of what God will do, into your present reality. When you do that, your experience of life will be transformed. Remember: Speak positivity, love, hope, and faith into your life.
