Jesus said, “Where your treasure is, there your heart will be also” (Luke 12:34).

I would have said, “Where your heart is, there your treasure will be also.” And there is also truth in that. The trouble with my proposition, however, is that the heart is not always a good guide. Jesus, on the other hand, encourages us to step out in faith and invest our treasure in his kingdom. And when we do that our hearts will follow.
