Wearable Technology
One of the things you won’t have to worry about soon is where you left your phone thanks to the invention of wearable technology. It’s going to used for any number of applications, including health and medical tracking, sensory enhancement, and of course, communication.
And yet, it seems the more connected we are with the world, the more disconnected we become from each other. The web and all of our communication advances haven’t cured loneliness. People wander around, lost in a world of noise, and they wonder if anyone listens.
But the good news is, God is always listening. In Isaiah 64, he says,
Before they call I will answer; while they are still speaking I will hear.
No technology will ever beat the power of prayer. It’s like our own wearable technology enabling us to talk directly to the creator of the universe at any time. God is listening… are you taking time every day to speak to him?
The Good News is God is always listening.
