I’ve found in life there are a lot of things that can cause worry. I can find myself worrying about problems I am facing. I can stress about situations I’m in. I can freak out that something bad may happen.
And it is easy to freak out. It is easy to worry. It is easy to stress about life. But, as easy as it is, I don’t like feeling anxious; I doubt anyone does. We all want to be free from worry. We all want peace.
And we can have peace. Philippians 4:6-7 tells us how.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in every situation, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. And the peace of God, which transcends all understanding, will guard your hearts and your minds in Christ Jesus.
Through prayer we can have peace. We don’t have to be anxious. In prayer we can tell God about whatever situation or problem we are facing and we can give it to him. We can have peace knowing that it is in his hands. We can have peace knowing that he has everything under control.
So whenever you are worried…Pray. In fact, pray before you become worried. As it says in 1 Thessalonians 5:17,
Pray continually.

Prayer ? by Ella Rodionoff.: Thank you for this massage about pray! Prayer is one of the most tools on our journey towards heaven. It is a bridge between us and our heavenly father, and through faith in Christ. Take time to be holy, speak oft with thy Lord. Adventist hymnal. Nr. 500. My Mums favorite song. I love it too! Being on your knees asking for forgiveness, for our sins, on our knees praying for others, praying for our own needs, and mostly Being on our knees to thank Our heavenly father for prayers answered. What a joy!!. Pray can bring ones whole being very close to the throne of mercy. It is a beautiful moment, when you are still on your knees and the holy spirit testify to you that your prayer is answered and you are able to feel it too. Prayer, a moment alone with God. There are no words to describe a heartfelt prayer ? no limit on when to pray. A prayerful mind is always into twine with heaven. We pray through faith and at this time we surrender our needs to be most high. Iam at my best when Iam able to pray. Thank you Pauline
